Corriere dello Sport claims Milan have been chasing the World Cup winner since his Arsenal days and have seen multiple moves for his signature fail.
Euro giants duo did some transfer business in the summer when Tiemoue Bakayoko joined the Serie A side on a season-long loan, who could make that switch permanent next summer, and Italian outfit are hopeful of using their good working relationship with Chelsea to sign Fabregas this January.
