If reports making rounds bears fruit, the duo of Gonzalo Higuain and Daniele Rugani are reportedly closing in on becoming Chelsea players this summer and announcement could be made this week.
Higuain and Rugani have been linked with the move to Chelsea over the past few weeks and new reports regarding this transfer look promising. Although, it’s claimed the move for the two players would likely be finalized once the managerial issues at Chelsea get resolved.
Maurizio Sarri, for the entirety of this summer window, has been touted has Chelsea’s candidate to replace Antonio Conte at Stamford Bridge.

As per Gazzetta dello Sport’s reports via Calcio Mercato, the Italian tabloid claims Sarri to Chelsea looks very well a done deal this summer which has also increased the probability of Higuain and Rugani’s moves also materializing.
The Italian outlet reports that Chelsea is preparing to break the bank for a €100 million fee for the pair, which will help Juventus in their pursuit of Real Madrid and Portuguese legend Cristiano Ronaldo this summer.
