Chelsea completing £312million transfer spree for Maurizio Sarri would send a real message to Man City, Man Utd & Liverpool

Chelsea had a season to forget in 2017/18, but there’s reason to believe they could do what they always do and bounce back this summer with a strong enough performance in the transfer market.
